As a professional photographer, I have plenty of software tools under my belt, but I'd still recommend Photoshop if I had to choose only one to work with. It's been a while since I upgraded, so I bought the full license and installed it with ease. If you're any type of a digital artist and don't have Photoshop, what are you waiting for? :)
